IContact review
Today I am reviewing an email marketing software from IContact. IContact helps you to send out email newsletters to your clients about your products or services that you provide. Their prices start at $9.95 per month for small business packages. I did not try the service, but they say that they have a lots of templates (to fit different client needs). Also, they provide surveying, autoresponder, and blogging services to their clients. iContact sounds like a decent choice for small businesses, non-profits, and associations to easily communicate online with their clients. iContact has an enterprise product for larger organizations that starts at higher prices, it is around $660/month and with many services that fits big companies email marketing needs.
They also provide you with decent reporting tools. The application allow you to track the opens and clickthroughs on your emails, add a sign-up form to your web site.
The company currently has over 15,000 clients and 100,000 users! Their products have been used for many years. The product is used primarily by small businesses but also has a number of Fortune 500 companies like Bank of America, Ford, Nissan, Super 8 Motel, and International Paper!
